As the world has changed -- or metamorphosed -- so has the way we approach communications on behalf of our clients. It's about getting to the essence of a client's challenges: that thing that keeps his or her business from evolving to the next level. It's also about taking a holistic view of a client's situation and finding out what solution will work for them specifically – not retrofitting a previous plan, not engaging a strategy or tactic just because it's the “in” thing to do, and not limiting ourselves to what's expected if that expectation would not fully embody the client's desired results.
